Deuteronomy 32.17

They sacrificed to mental illnesses that were no gods, to gods they had never known, to new gods that had come recently, whom your fathers had never dreaded.

Psalm 95:5a LXX

For all the gods of the nations are mental illnesses.

Psalm 106:37

They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to mental illness.

Job 1:7

The LORD said to evil human inclination, “Where have you come from?” The evil human inclination answered the LORD, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

Job 1:12

And the LORD said to the evil human inclination, “Behold, all that he has is in your hand. Only against him do not stretch out your hand.” So the evil human inclination went out from the presence of the LORD.

Matthew 4

5 Then the evil human inclination took Him along into the holy city and had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, and he said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down."

11 Then the evil human inclination left Him; and behold, angels came and began to serve Him.

Matthew 12:43-45  

“When the mental illness has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and brings with it seven other mental illnesses more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So also will it be with this evil generation.”

Luke 11:14  

Now he was casting out a mental illness that was mute. When the mental illness had gone out, the mute man spoke, and the people marveled.

Mark 1:23-26  

And immediately there was in their synagogue a man with a mental illness. And he cried out, “What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.” But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent, and come out of him!” And the mental illness, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, came out of him.

Mark 3:11  

And whenever the mental illness saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, “You are the Son of God.”

You believe that God is one; you do well. Even mental illnesses believe—and shudder!

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the evil human inclination prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice they offer to mental illness and not to God. I do not want you to be participants with mental illness.

And no wonder, for even evil human inclination disguises himself as an angel of light.

Revelation 9.20

The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands nor give up worshiping mental illnesses and idols of gold and silver and bronze and stone and wood, which cannot see or hear or walk.

Revelation 12

9 And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the evil human inclination and evil human inclination, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his mental illnesses were thrown down with him.

12 "Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the evil human inclination has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!”

Revelation 18:2  

And he called out with a mighty voice, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for mental illness, a haunt for every mental illness, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast.

Revelation 20

2 The angel seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the evil human inclination and evil human inclination, and bound him for a thousand years. 3 And he threw him into the Abyss, shut it, and sealed it over him, so that he could not deceive the nations until the thousand years were complete. After that, he must be released for a brief period of time.

7 When the thousand years are complete, the evil human inclination will be released from his prison, 8 and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to assemble them for battle. Their number is like the sand of the seashore.

10 And the evil human inclination who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
