This Sunday is Sanctity of Life Day.
Every day is Sanctity of Life Day for God.
If your evening news began with the announcement that 2,300 unborn babies were killed today in the U.S. - this might seem shocking and somehow inappropriate. This is the number killed every day!
Abortion is the largest cause of all death worldwide.
This evil persists because the reality of the dismemberment of the baby is purposely hidden from us. None of us really want to think about it or be shown what happens behind those closed doors. But this is happening under OUR watch. It is under OUR watch that there is a call for termination of pregnancy for any reason – right up until birth. And some are calling for the right to kill the infant after birth.
With regard to the Supreme Court ruling on Roe v. Wade – the fact is that the Supreme Court itself wrote in the 1973 decision that no such “right” to an abortion would exist if Congress were to establish that unborn children were “persons.” We pray that Roe v. Wade’s own wording will bring it down and that this heinous murder of innocent children will no longer be legalized.
Note that on that day – what had been murder now became legal.
May we all remind ourselves that the 14th amendment guarantees ALL persons – including unborn children – protection.
For 49 years 9 unelected men and women on the Supreme Court have played God with innocent human life. They passed a law that condemned more than 62 million babies to painful deaths without trial for the crime of being inconvenient or unwanted.
It is utterly unconscionable that any nation, much less one with the Christian heritage of America, tolerate this cultural genocide against the weakest and most innocent among us.
Please know that every state now has a Safe Haven Law which will protect and find a home for any infant delivered to its secure location. There are thousands and thousands of parents wanting to adopt children, even handicapped ones.
The abortion holocaust is beyond the bounds of ordinary evil – it is an industry of death. It is now known that an infant can feel pain as early as 5 weeks!
We urge you to be an ambassador for unborn children!
Stand against infant murder!
